Paul Mitalski is the CEO and founder of Conatus Athletics. The Mission of Conatus® Athletics is to lead the future of sports medicine and athletic performance through science and engineering. Paul received his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and his Masters of Science in Computer Science. Paul is currently collaborating with Purdue University Mechanical Engineering faculty on research related to musculoskeletal biomechanics.
Dr. Matthew Sremba, PT, DPT, received his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and is an APTA certified orthopedic specialist. He received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Western Michigan University and is currently a Sports Medicine Physical Therapist at Children's Hospital Colorado. He has acquired an advanced skill set in the orthopedic management of sports injuries treating adult and pediatric populations. Furthermore, he has managed the Sports Performance of a wide range of clients from recreational athletes to USATF Olympic gold medalists. Dr. Sremba has lectured on the national and local levels including at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting in 2015. He completed Advanced Functional Biomechanics of the Lower Quarter Certification from Dr. Christopher Powers at The University of Southern California.
Adam received his Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and his Bachelor of Science in Preventive and Rehabilitative Exercise Science from Northern Illinois University. Adam has years of experience working as a forensic biomechanist, conducting forensic injury causation analysis and accident reconstruction. Adam has a decade of experience in the sports performance industry,
having managed the training of professional athletes from NFL, NBA, MLB, USA Track and Field, USA Boxing, USA Volleyball, and MLS.
